If you purchased a mattress or box spring to be shipped to an address in California, then you will receive an email from our logistics partner LoadUp, who has been contracted to remove your old mattress or box spring, depending on what product(s) you purchased on Zinus.com. Do note, that if you purchased more than one mattress or box spring, then you will receive separate emails to facilitate the pickup of your old items, should you need all of them to be picked up.
If you do not receive an email in the next 24 hours, please contact the LoadUp team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (844-239-7711) to schedule your pickup. If you do not need your mattress/box spring picked-up, then no further action is required. Just enjoy your new Zinus purchase.
P.S.: If you choose to return your Zinus mattress/box spring after your old mattress and/or box spring was picked up through our service partners for disposal, then a service fee of $75 per unit will be deducted from your refund.
