Want to return? Here’s what to do.
We want you to LOVE every Zinus purchase. We know that these things can take time, so we give you 100 days upon delivery to thoroughly test your new Zinus product in the comfort of your own home. If you’re not satisfied within that time frame, you can contact us for a full refund. No sweat.
To receive your refund, we ask that you please donate or dispose of your item. We’ll require proof (such as a donation receipt, picture(s) of the product disposed and pictures of the law tags for mattresses) before processing your request. Please send to support@zinusinc.com.
When that’s all in order, please submit this form for return authorization. For decompressed mattresses and/or toppers, please click here for special instructions.
Refunds will typically be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.
NOTE: This policy applies to mattresses purchased at Zinus.com covered by the Zinus Return and Exchange Policy. If you purchased a Zinus product at any of our partner sites, then your return window and conditions are defined by that specific retailer.
P.S.: If your old mattress and/or box spring was picked up through our service partners for disposal, then a service fee of $75 per unit will be deducted from your refund.
