General Returns policy
All returns must be directed through our Customer Care team. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if:
-Your product was damaged during transit
-You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
-You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased
We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
-Returned within 30 days of order
-Not used and with original packaging
-Is in resalable condition with no damage
Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team. Applicable freight and re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
Refunds will typically be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.
NOTE: This policy applies to mattresses purchased at Zinus.com covered by the Zinus Return and Exchange Policy. If you purchased a Zinus product at any of our partner sites, then your return window and conditions are defined by that specific retailer.
